By creating a shopping experience fully wrapped in data analytics we inspire confidence in customers—leading to higher conversion. Simple things like remembering a customer’s behavior can lead to amazing things like predicting future behavior, which allows us to serve a perfectly curated experience. First time visitors get a warm welcome with products, branded editorial content, and a style recommender geared toward their personal style and interests. They're greeted with a warm "welcome back" with content based on previously browsed items front and center, home trial offers, and location based promotions. The ownership continues with an experience that connects customers with retail brick and mortar through personalized preferences.

The Style Recommender helps customers hone in on their taste in frames and helps the site provide the best recommendations. By interacting with products and artifacts inside a side-scrolling knolling collage, they build a collection that represents their style. After adding at least five items, they’re given product suggestions. For return customers, the results of the Style Recommender help inform the suggestions and content that's served to them.
Eyes love inspiration, so the more a customer interacts with the site, the more targeted recommendations we can make. And with this data, we can give customers a persistent shopping experience that lives above device and channel. In-store, retail associates have access to their customer’s style recommendations—enhancing the experience by bridging physical and digital. Retail shoppers can also use their phones to scan SKUs of products in-store to learn more, get styling advice, and personalize their content even further.
