A day in the life of a brand ambassador using the B:PM tool to gather data.
At home, Lisa receives a notification for her upcoming shifts today. Once logged in, Lisa is taken to the app landing page. When she taps on ‘View My Schedule,’ she’s taken directly to her schedule where she taps on her first visit. She then taps ‘Manage Surveys.’ Once on the Manage Surveys screen, she sees the surveys that her manager has already added to her visit. She then adds another survey to her visit.
Once she's added the survey, she sees confirmation that it's been added and closes the app. Lisa arrives at the store for her shift, opens the app, and taps the ‘View My Schedule’ button on the landing page.
Once in her schedule, she taps on her first visit. She’s taken to the visit landing page and is automatically checked in. The 'Check In' button transforms to a check mark to let her know the check-in was successful. She then selects her first survey.
The first question in the survey is “Are there any Beats specific promotions today?” If she taps Yes, she’s taken through the survey flow. If she taps No, she’ll be taken directly to the next survey. She taps Yes. She then selects the brand and her choice is populated in the button. She then selects the offer type and based on the offer type chosen, the appropriate values appear in the next step.
She then proceeds to upload a few photos. She selects the customer sentiment and finishes the survey with any additional information. When she’s finished with her survey, she taps the ‘Finish’ button.
She sees confirmation that her entries have been saved and they’re ready to be submitted. She works through the rest of the surveys and when she's finished she sees that they're ready to be submitted. She proceeds to tap 'Submit' to upload the surveys. Once they're all submitted, she taps the 'Back to My Schedule' button and sees confirmation that her visit is complete.
The fully responsive dashboard is where all of the input data is aggregated and visualized. Any data that’s interesting or noteworthy is collected at the top of the landing page. Executives from Apple and Beats by Dre are able to take their global view all the way down to a single visit with the use of a persistent filtering system.
